We offer FREE standard shipping for all orders >AUD$100.00 to <AUD$199.99 and option to upgrade to Express shipping for AUD$5.95. All orders >$200.00 receive FREE Express shipping delivered within Australia. Orders less than <AUD$100.00 will incur a nominal fee of AUD$5.95 for standard domestic and AUD$15.95 for EXPRESS shipping. 

INTERNATIONAL 

New Zealand

We offer FREE standard shipping for all orders >NZD$100.00 and FREE Express shipping for all orders >NZD$200.00, delivered within New Zealand. Orders less than <$100.00 will incur a nominal fee of $7.95 for standard shipping and $19.95 for Express Shipping. Orders over >$100.00 and <$199.99 are $12.95 for Express Shipping.

USA

We offer FREE standard shipping for all orders >USD$100.00 and FREE Express shipping for all orders >USD$200.00, delivered within USA. Orders less than <$100.00 will incur a nominal fee of USD$12.00 for standard shipping and USD$25.00 for Express Shipping. Orders over >$100.00 and <$199.99 are $12.00 for Express Shipping.

Please check pricing at checkout. We offer varying thresholds for FREE freight and EXPRESS Upgrade Options (these may change from time to time). 

Note: depending on delivery location duties/taxes will be calculated and payable at checkout. 

DISPATCH 

We know you want your purchase as soon as possible, so we always strive to process your order within one business day.

All orders are dispatched from our distribution centre in Sydney, Australia. Orders placed before 11am AEST Monday – Friday will usually be processed the same day, orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed and fulfilled usually on the next business day.

Remember to check your order details carefully, once your order has been processed we are not able to update the shipping address. 

TRACKING 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please track your order through our delivery partner website. It may take up to 24 hours before the tracking number becomes active and shows transit information.

DELIVERY

Estimated delivery:

- Australia Express 1 - 3 business days. 

- Australia Standard 5 - 10 business days. 

- New Zealand International Express 1 - 4 business days.

- New Zealand International Standard 5 - 10 business days.

- All Other Locations: International Express 3 - 10 business days.

- All Other Locations: International Standard 6 - 20 business days.

DELAYS

At times, orders may take slightly longer to dispatch due to high order volumes from major sales. If you have purchased during a sale period please take this into consideration and allow a delay of upto 3 - 10 days for dispatch. 

While we always do our best to ensure speedy delivery, please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers.

On rare occasions, some orders may arrive outside of the carrier's estimated timeframe.
